我院住院患者氨溴索注射液使用的合理性调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Ambroxol Use in Our Inpatient Departments

目的:对我院病区电子处方中的祛痰药氨溴索注射类药物的使用合理性进行分析。方法:抽取2014年8月份病区药房所有氨溴索注射类药物电子处方共1158条,以药物利用指数(DUI值)、适应证、用药频度和用药途径相符率为指标进行分析。结果:ICU、心胸外科、普外科、呼吸内科为使用氨溴索的主要科室。三种氨溴索药物DUI值分别为0.89,1.12,0.97,适应证符合率分别为98.3%,99.8%,100%,用药频度符合率分别为92.6,72.3%,93%,用药途径符合要求。结论:本院医生用氨溴索注射类药物基本合理,但要把握个别品种的用药频度。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the rationality of injectable ambroxol use in the inpatient electronic orders in our hospital. Methods： A total of 1158 inpatient orders were sampled for the analysis using the drug utilization index （DUI）, indication compliance, frequency and route of medicine administration as indicators. Results： Ambroxol was mostly used in the departments of ICU, cardio-thoracic surgery, general surgery and respiratory medicine.The DUI values of three ambroxol injections were 0.89, 1.12, and 0.97 respectively. The indication compliances were 98.3%, 99.8%, and 100% respectively. The frequency compliances were 92.6, 72.3%, and 93% respectively. The routes were found to conform the requirements. Conclusions： The use of ambroxol injections in our hospital is basically rational and the administration frequency should be noticed.
