对提高老年人用药安全措施的探讨

Rational Drug Use and Drug Safety in Elderly Patients

笔者从老年人的病理生理特点和用药存在的问题等方面进行分析,以探讨老年人用药安全的措施,保障老年人合理用药。临床上应根据老年患者体质特点及用药中存在的问题及时调整用药方案,进行用药监护,依靠老年人自己、家庭及医务人员三方面共同努力,增加老年人合理用药的依从性,减少不良反应的发生,降低老年人用药风险,确保老年人用药的合理、安全、有效。

Pathological and physiological characteristics of the elderly and problems in taking medicines were collected to address the measures to ensure rational drug use and drug safety in the elderly. Prescriptions should be adjusted according to the physical condition of the elderly. Problems in using these medicines should be noted and pharmaceutical care should be provided. Compliance could be achieved by the co-efforts of the elderly, their family and medical staff, so that adverse reactions and risks of using medicines could be reduced and rational safe and effective medication would be achieved.
