摘要
星敏感器是一种高精度的姿态敏感测量仪器。研究了星敏感器的结构设计和精度标定方法,通过大视场、大相对孔径的轻小型光学系统的设计,减小光学系统的测量误差;介绍了星敏感器的遮光罩和焦平面组件的设计方法,给出了星敏感器的精度标定方法,利用该方法来最大限度地减小系统误差。使用莱卡经纬仪进行标定实验,证明星敏感器精度满足单星精度小于等于3″的设计指标。
Star sensor is a high precision attitude measurement instrument.Structure design and precision calibration method of high-accuracy star sensor is discussed in this paper.The measure errors of optical system can be decreased by using design of big visual angle and relative diameter lightly optical system.Design methods of specular baffle and focus plane assembly are introduced.The precision calibration method of star sensor is presented.The system errors can be diminished as far as possibly by this way.The sensor is calibrated and tested by leica theodolites.It is testified that the precision of star sensor is met,which the precision of single star is less than 3 second.
