浅谈朱丹溪及其弟子论郁证

Zhudanxi and His Disciples' Discussion about Depression Syndrome

[目的]总结朱丹溪及其弟子的郁证理论。[方法]研究有关文献,列举朱丹溪及其弟子对郁证病因病机、治法的相关论述,分析朱丹溪及其弟子对郁证的阐述与发挥。[结果]朱丹溪以《内经》中"五郁"学说为源头,博采众家之长,提出了"六郁"学说,分别从气、血、痰、火、湿、食六个方面对郁证进行了论述,并创越鞠丸、六郁汤等治疗郁证的名方,开创了专篇论述郁证的先河。丹溪弟子戴思恭对郁证的脉、因、证、治作了更为深刻的阐述,完善了"郁在中焦说";王履则对《内经》中的"五郁"学说进行了发挥,提出了新的"五郁论",见解独特;私淑丹溪的王纶,在继承丹溪学说的基础上提出了"气血痰郁关系论",其对郁证的治法有了进一步的发挥。[结论]朱丹溪及其弟子的郁证学说,对于后世医家进一步发挥与完善郁证理论有着深远影响,对于郁证的临床治疗有着重要的指导意义。

[Objective]Analysis about Zhudanxi and his disciples＇ discussion about depression syndrome. [Methods]Look up relevant literature,list Zhudanxi and his disciples＇ expositions about depression syndrome in pathogenesis and treatments,and summarize how they treated depression syndrome. [Results]Based on the theory of ＂five-depression＂ in ＂the Yellow Emperor＂ and learned widely from others＇ strong points,Zhudanxi advanced ＂six depressions＂ theory and created the discourse in special paper of depression syndrome. Danxi also discussed depression syndrome in the aspects of the gas,the blood,the phlegm,the fire,the food and the wet and invented some famous prescriptions,such as Yuejvwan and Liuyutang which can treat depression syndrome effectively. Danxi＇s disciple Daisigong went on to elaborate depressions theory from pulse, etiology, syndrome, treatment and perfected the theory of ＂Depression in middle burner＂. Wanglv developed the five depressions in ＂Neijing＂ and put forward new theory of therapies for ＂five depressions＂. Carriying forward Danxi＇s academic thoughts,Wanglun supplemented the relationship between gas, blood, phlegm and depression and developed depression syndrome＇s therapy. [Conclusion] Zhudanxi and his disciples＇ theory about depression syndrome has great meanings to descendants who will develop and perfet that theory.
