健脾消瘤合剂对中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效观察

Study Clinical Effect of Jianpixiaoliu Mixture on Patients with Middle-late Primary Liver Cancer

[目的]观察健脾消瘤合剂治疗中晚期原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。[方法]将门诊与住院的中晚期原发性肝癌患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各50例,两组均采用相同的中西医保肝抑瘤对症支持疗法,治疗组加用健脾消瘤合剂,疗程16周。观察比较两组治疗前后的肿瘤瘤体变化,临床症状、体征,生活质量,肝功能ALT、AST、TBil。[结果]健脾消瘤合剂治疗后患者瘤体缩小,临床症状与体征明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评分(KPS)治疗组治疗后明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、TBil含量均有明显下降,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾消瘤合剂配合常规中西医保肝抑瘤对症支持疗法治疗中晚期原发性肝癌能改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,改善肝功能。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpixiaoliu mixture on patients with middle-late primary liver cancer.[ Method] Patients with middle-late primary liver cancer both outpatient and hospitalization were selected and divided into two groups,including 50 cases in treatment group and50 cases in control group. Both groups were treated with integrative therapy of protecting liver and suppressing tumor for 16 weeks,while treatment group were added with Jianpixiaoliu mixture. Then some indexes before and after treatment should be detected which included the change of tumors,clinical signs,symptoms,quality of life,liver function ALT, AST, Tbil. [Result] After treatment by Jianpixiaoliu mixture,patients＇ clinical signs and symptoms got significantly improved compared with control group. The score of KPS also got elevated in treatment group（ P〈0.05）,and the difference between two groups was significant. Besides,after treatment,the level of ALT, AST, TBil was all significantly lower than before. When compared with control group,the difference was also significant. [Conclusion] Jianpixiaoliu mixture has good effect on regulating immunity function of patients with middle-late primary liver cancer by improving clinical signs,enhancing life quality and recovering live function.
