摘要
通过不同酵母、白砂糖浓度培养基培养,观察两者对雌性黑腹果蝇寿命的影响,结果发现不同酵母浓度对果蝇寿命的影响没有显著性差异规律,而不同白砂糖浓度对果蝇寿命的影响呈倒U字相关,峰值S3组成功建立了白砂糖依赖的寿命内稳态。结合功能内稳态理论来探究其更广泛的意义,为进一步果蝇寿命的影响因素研究建立了内稳态模型。
Cultivated by different concentrations of yeast and sugar,we observed the influence on life span of drosophila melanogaster,the results showed that there was no significant difference between different concentrations of yeast impacting on the life span of drosophila melanogaster,that was because the life of drosophila melanogaster was in the homeostasis level,which failed to be adjusted by the change of yeast concentration.But the influence of sugar concentration on the life span of drosophila melanogaster appeard to be inverted U word shape.Peak Group S3 successfully established the longevity homeostasis relied on sugar.Combining the theory of functional homeostasis,we explored its wider significance in order to establish drosophila melanogaster longevity research homeostasis model for the further study about influence factors on longevity.
