the current situations of teachers＇ psychological capitals in local colleges and universities were investigated by the questionnaire method.,It provided the realistic reference for the administrators in colleges and universities to roundly master the situations of teachers＇ psychological capitals,helped the teachers to set up their reasonable hopes and remained their optimistic and active mentalities,exploited and promoted the psychological capitals of the teachers continually,assured the psychological capitals of the teachers can meet the needs of developing the work of education and teaching efficiently and promoted the overall quality of the teachers in local colleges and universities.
