塔河油田深抽效果分析及其优化决策技术 被引量:1

Deep Pumping Effect and Its Optimized Decision-making Technique in Tahe Oilfield

摘要 塔河采油一厂管理的油藏类型包含底水砂岩油藏、弱能量河道砂油藏、缝洞型碳酸盐油藏及凝析气藏,深抽井主要集中在弱能量河道砂油藏和底水砂岩油藏。随着开发的深入,深抽井数逐年上升,但深抽有效率偏低,仅为63.1%,亟需完善深抽优化决策技术。通过对178口深抽措施见效井回归统计分析,研究了深抽与不同油藏类型的提液、降液面、增油等因素之间的见效规律,进行了投入产出效益分析。综合地层能量、储层物性、提液幅度对深抽效果的影响,提出以质量效益为中心的深抽优化决策技术,在经验对比法和节点分析法基础上,研究了供排关系平衡点的确定方法 ,形成了气体影响、冲程损失等因素在内的效益优化决策技术,为深抽工艺的进一步发展奠定了基础。分析认为,塔河油田弱能量砂岩油藏泵挂深度超过3500m,深抽效益较低,不宜采用深抽工艺,可采用间开生产工艺;建议对于底水砂岩油藏部分物性差或储层污染井,开展相应储层沟通改造工作,尽可能改善此类深抽井的供液状况。 The oil reservoirs managed by Tahe No.1 oil production plant include the sandstone reservoirs with bottom water,the weak energy channel sand reservoirs and the fractured vuggy carbonate reservoirs and con-densate gas reservoirs.Deep pumping wells distribute in the weak energy channel sand reservoirs and sand-stone reservoirs with bottom water mainly.Along with the development,there are more and more deep pumping wells year after year,but optimized decision-making technique needs to be improved for the effective ratio is only 63.1%.One hundred and seventy-eight effective deep pumping wells are regressed and analyzed by statistic data.Response rules between the deep pumping and enhanced liquid production,liquid level drop,increasing oil and other factors in different types of oil reservoirs are researched.Input-output benefit is ana-lyzed.Based on the effect of formation energy,reservoir physical property and enhanced liquid amplitude on the deep pumping,optimized decision-making technique for the deep pumping is put forward focusing on the quality and benefits.Based on the empirical comparison method and node analysis method,the method for determining equilibrium point of supply-discharge relationship is worked out.Benefit optimization decision-making technique is formed considering the effects of gas,the stroke loss and other factors,which will lay a foundation for the further development of the deep pumping process.If the pump setting depth is over 3500 m in the weak energy sandstone reservoirs in Tahe oilfield,the benefit of the deep pumping is low.Intermittent pumping technology may be available instead of the deep pumping technology.Reservoirs should be reformed in partial wells with poor-physical property or polluted reservoirs in the sandstone reservoirs with bottom wa-ter so as to improve fluid supply condition of the deep pumping wells as much as possible.
