摘要 探讨了吗呋啉抽提蒸馏装置副产抽余油的吸附脱氮技术。以生产装置实际工况为试验条件,在小型试验装置上,考察了颗粒状活性白土和大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂的脱氮性能。结果表明:活性白土和阳离子交换树脂均具有脱氮性能,阳离子交换树脂对总氮的饱和吸附容量高于活性白土,使用阳离子交换树脂的经济效益较为明显。 The adsorption denitrification technology for by- product raffinate oil in morphylane extractive distillation plant was studied. With the practical processing conditions as experiment conditions,the denitrification performances of granular activated bleaching earth and macroporous strongly acid cation exchange resin were studied. Result showed that both activated bleaching earth and cation exchange resin had denitrification performance,while the latter had higher saturated adsorption capacity that the former and generated higher economic benefit.
