摘要
对离子交换系统树脂激活护理远程在线传输梯度分段智能再生控制做了详细介绍,通过对污染树脂进行祛除污染激活护理、优化再生工艺过程、梯度分段智能再生控制和建立新的树脂梯度分段再生平衡等途径,降低树脂再生过程中盐酸和氢氧化钠消耗,并通过大量试验数据的对比分析,印证了梯度分段智能再生控制优于现行常规的单一浓度再生效果,具有较大的推广应用价值。
The remote online transmission gradient segment intelligent regeneration control for activating nursing of resin in ion exchange system was introduced in details. Proposals were raised to reduce consumption of hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide during the regeneration process of resin such as activating nursing of pollution elimination for the polluted resin,optimization of regeneration process,gradient segment intelligent regeneration control and establishing new resin gradient segment regeneration control,and so on. Based on comparison and analysis of a great deal of experiment data,it was testified that the gradient segment intelligent regeneration control was superior to the current conventional single concentration in effectiveness,and had high value for popularization and application.
