重整装置高温法兰接头保温技术及工业应用 被引量:2

Heat Preservation Technology for High-pressure Flange Joints of Reforming Plant and its Industrial Application

摘要 对比分析了热态条件下美国材料试验协会(ASTM)A193 B16和25Cr2Mo V这两种螺栓的抗蠕变性能,考察了不同温度下金属-金属接触式垫片和缠绕垫片的压缩回弹性能,设计了金属-金属接触式垫片的预紧方法。采用研究推荐的螺栓、垫片以及螺栓预紧方法在一套重整装置上进行了工业应用试验。结果表明:在重整装置工况条件下,重整反应部分高温法兰连接系统经过一年的保温运行,未发生泄漏现象,节能减排效果明显。 The creep resistance of two kinds of bolts ASTM A193 B16 and 25Cr2 Mo V under thermal condition was compared and analyzed. The compressure- resilience performance of metal- metal contact gaskets and spiral wound gasket under different temperature was studied. The pre- stress method for metal- metal contact gaskets was designed. The industrial application experiment was made in a reforming plant with the recommended bolts,gaskets and pre- stress method. Result showed that under the operation conditions of reforming plant,no leakage occurred in the high- pressure flange connecting system of reforming reaction part after one- year operation of heat preservation,which had remarkable effectiveness of energy conservation and emission reduction.
