收音机前盖注射模设计

摘要 分析了收音机前盖塑件的工艺性,确定了模具型腔数目并选择了分型面,应用Pro/E和CAD等软件分析、设计注射模的成型零部件,分别对塑件浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、脱模机构和冷却系统进行了设计。模具设计成一模一腔结构,采用点浇口形式及斜导柱侧向抽芯机构实现了塑件产品的注射成型。主要阐述了塑料注射模设计的基本过程,并对模具的设计结果进行了论证。经生产实践验证,该模具结构合理,塑件产品达到了生产要求。 By using the 3Dmodeling software Pro/E and CAD for mould analysis and design,analyzed the manufacturability of the plastic parts,determined the number of cavity,selected the parting surface and design the gating systems,the side-parting core-pulling mechanism,pulling mechanism and the cooling system.The mould was designed with one-cavity and featured the pinpoint gate,adopted the side core-pulling mechanism structure to achieve injection molding.The plastic injects of the mold designing process was mainly elaborated and the design results were argued in the paper.Through verifying production practice,the mould was proved to be a suitable design and the plastics parts meets the production requirements.
