摘要
将某型柱塞泵机体作为线性结构,计算出柱塞在周期激励作用下,柱塞泵机体的位移和应力随频率的响应关系,并给出了具有代表性的两点动态响应曲线;根据该理论分析,找到了柱塞泵机体在周期激励作用下的最佳工作频段,可以有效避免结构发生振动耦合及由其他受迫振动产生的有害影响。
The frame of a plunger pump was approximated as a linear structure,calculated the relationship of the plunger pump frame displacement and stress response with frequency under the periodic load excitations,and gave dynamic response curves of the two representative points.According to the theoretical analysis,found the plunger pump frame in the best working frequency band under periodic excitation,it can effectively avoid the structure vibration coupling and other harmful effects produced by forced vibration.
