摘要
预应力混杂CFRP/GFRP纤维布加固桥梁结构是一种新型的主动预应力加固方法,为了深入研究其加固效果,结合连云港某桥梁加固工程,开展加固前、后的静载试验对比分析研究。通过将该桥控制截面的挠度和应力实测值与理论计算值进行对比分析,对该桥的使用性能做出评价。结果表明,采用预应力混杂CFRP/GFRP纤维布加固桥梁结构可显著降低板底应力,增加抗弯刚度,有效抑制混凝土开裂,效果良好,达到了加固的设计要求,满足了设计规定的汽车-20级荷载要求。
The method of consolidating concrete beams with pre-stressed hybrid CFRP/GFRP fiber sheets is a new consolidation technique.To further study the effects of reinforced concrete girders,the authors in this paper conducted field comparative static load tests for the girders of an existing bridge before and after the strengthen.The deflection and stress were compared with theoretically calculated values to evaluate the service performance of the bridge.The results of the tests and study indicated that pre-stressed hybrid CFRP/GFRP fiber sheets can obviously reduce the stress level of the girders,and enhance flexural rigidity and efficiently suppress concrete cracking.The strengthening effect was inspiring and met the requirements of the standard truck-load 20.
