摘要
由于叶片越来越复杂,精度要求越来越高,如果数控加工程序编制得不恰当,可能出现刀具与工件之间发生干涉或碰撞,出现大的残留以及加工效率较低等问题,从而影响叶片加工的可靠性和加工效率;因此,研究叶片加工过程仿真对叶片的加工具有重要意义。
The blade is becoming more complicated and sophisticated,and an inappropriate programing of numeral control(NC)processing will probably result in problems such as the interference or collision between cutting tool and workpiece,leaving residual areas and has ineffective processing,which can affect manufacturing reliability and efficiency.Therefore,the study on the processing of blade based on simulation exerts great significance during in the course of blade processing.
