摘要
设计了单因素仿真试验,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对切削力与材料属性的关系进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。基于最小二乘原理对定切削用量下切削力与3种材料属性的关系进行了数值拟合,并用R-square对拟合结果进行了检验,分析表明拟合结果具有一定的可靠性。随着弹性模量的增加,切削力有明显增大的趋势,当泊松比≤0.3时,切削力约35N;当泊松比>0.3时,切削力呈现出迅速上升的趋势。切削力随密度的增加总体呈现下降的趋势。
The simulation of single factor experiment was designed,the relationship between the cutting force and material properties was simulated by ABAQUS software,and the simulation results were analyzed.Based on the principle of the least squares,the relationship between cutting force and 3kinds of materials properties was studied by numerical fitting under the constant cutting parameter,the fitting results was inspected by the"R-square".The results showed that the fitting results had certain reliability.With the increase of elasticity modulus,the cutting force has an obvious tendency of increase,when poisson's ratio is less than 0.3,the cutting force is in the vicinity of 35 N.When poisson's ratio is more than 0.3,the cutting force presents a rapidly rising trend,and it presents an overall declining trend with the increase of density.
