摘要
阐述了聚四氟乙烯衬管与碳钢管的胶接工艺,选用钠萘-四氢呋喃处理液对聚四氟乙烯管进行表面处理,并采用合适的处理液和喷砂对碳钢外壳进行了处理,然后选用酚醛-丁腈胶粘剂将聚四氟乙烯衬管与钢外壳粘接起来。
The paper described the bonding process of PTFE lined steel tube,the sodium naphthalene-tetrahydrofuran treatment solution was selected for the treatment of PTFE tube,and steel tube was treated by appropriate treatment solution and sandblasting,at last,phenolic-nitrile was used to stick the steel tube with the PTFE liner.
