Investigation of Oxygen Rational Utilization Scheme for Migrants at 5100 Meters Altitude

摘要 目的:探讨移居海拔5 100m高原合理用氧方案的研究。方法:对海拔5 100m以上居住3个月以上的60名青年随机分为A组(每天上午和晚上各吸氧1h,n=20),B组(每天上午吸氧1h,n=20),C组(不吸氧,n=20),吸氧流量为2L/min,连续吸氧60天,检测吸氧前后慢性高原病(CMS)症状评分、睡眠质量评分、血红蛋白(Hb)浓度、HR、Sa O2和6min步行距离。结果:吸氧30天和60天较吸氧前A组、B组CMS症状评分、睡眠质量评分、Hb降低,Sa O2、6min步行距离升高,有非常显著性差异,C组Hb增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);吸氧30天较吸氧60天A组和B组CMS症状评分、睡眠质量评分、Hb降低,A组6min步行距离降低,B组Sa O2升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。A组较B组吸氧30天和60天CMS症状评分、睡眠质量评分均降低,吸氧60天6min步行距离升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);A组较C组吸氧30天和60天CMS症状评分、睡眠质量评分降低,Sa O2、6min步行距离升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);B组较C组吸氧30天和60天CMS症状评分、睡眠质量评分均降低,Sa O2、6min步行距离升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:每天给予1h和2h低浓度氧疗,可预防慢性高原病,改善高原睡眠质量,提高机体Sa O2,控制血红蛋白浓度增加。早晚各吸1h要优于上午吸氧1h。 Objective: To investigate the oxygen rational utilization scheme at 5 100 meters altitude. Method:Sixty young males who live at 5 100 meters altitude over 3 months were random Ly divided into group A( oxygen inhalation every morning and evening 1h each,n = 20) and group B( oxygen inhalation every morning 1h,n = 20),group C( no oxygen inhalation,n = 20). The oxygen flow rate was 2L / min,continuous for 60 d. The chronic mountain sickness( CMS) symptom score,sleep quality score,hemoglobin( Hb) concentration,HR,Sa O2 and 6min walking distance were tested before and after oxygen inhalation. Results: After 30 d and 60 d oxygen inhalation,the CMS symptom score,sleep quality score and Hb concentration were significantly decreased,Sa O2 and 6min walking distance have obvious increase in group A and B( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). But the Hb concentration was significantly increased in group C( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). By comparison with 30 d oxygen inhalation,60 d oxygen inhalation group showed lower CMS symptom score,sleep quality score and Hb concentration,but higher Sa O2and6 min walking distance( P 0. 05 or P 0. 05). By comparison with group B,group A showed lower CMS symptom score and sleep quality score,but higher 6min walking distance( P 0. 05 or P 0. 05). By comparison with group C,group A and B showed lower CMS symptom score,sleep quality score and Hb concentration,but higher Sa O2 and 6 min walking distance( P 0. 05 or P 0. 05). Conclusions: Daily 1h or 2h low concentration oxygen inhalation for people who migrate to high altitude can reduce the CMS symptoms,improve sleep quality,increase Sa O2 and control the hemoglobin concentration. Moreover,2h low concentration oxygen inhalation in morning and evening respectively is better than 1h oxygen inhalation in the morning only.
