摘要
余吾煤业南风井+400m水平南翼轨道大巷里程700~820m段施工后,顶板下沉,两帮收敛,底鼓严重。部分区段经扩帮、拉底后,变形仍在持续,严重影响井下运输安全。根据该段巷道矿压显现特征,结合中国矿业大学专家意见,决定采用注浆、顶板补强支护、底板加固等措施进行修复加固。修复加固施工后,巷道稳定,围岩变形得到了很好的控制,收到了预期效果。
After a construction at a 700~820msection of+400mlevel South Wing Railway roadway in Mine South Ventilation Shaft of Yuwu Coal Industry,the roof was subsidence,the two sidewalls were convergent and the floor heave was serious.After the sidewalls expanded and floor excavated in the partial section of the mine roadway,the deformation of the mine roadway was continuous and was seriously affected to the safety of the underground mine transportation.According to the mine strata pressure behavior features of the mine roadway,in combination with the expert's comments from China University of Mining and Technology,a repair and reinforcement was conducted with the grouting,additional support of the roof,floor reinforcement and other measures.After the repair and reinforcement construction conducted,the mine roadway was stable and the surrounding rock deformation was well controlled with the expected effect.
