Water Sealing of Two Large Water Inrushes at Mine Crosscut

摘要 宜宾天池金堂煤矿+455m总回风石门在茅口灰岩中掘进至361m处时,在掘进工作面后方6m处,石门两肩部位的1条干溶洞裂隙突然出现较大涌水,涌水量达360m3/h,导致361m石门全部淹没。采取强排水措施把水排下去后,用2个集水箱扣住涌水点,集水箱上的2根导水管把水导出后,再导远。之后,在涌水点处搭建工字钢桥,在桥上浇筑混凝土止浆墙,2个集水箱浇筑在止浆墙中。最后注双液浆封堵,取得圆满成功。 When a+455mlevel general air returning crosscut of Yibin Tianchi Jintang Coal Mine was driving in Maokou limestone at a distance of 361 m,at 6mbehind the driving face,a large water inrush was suddenly occurred from cracks of a dry karst cave at two shoulder parts of the crosscut.The water inrush volume was 360m3/h and thus the crosscut with a length of 361 m was fully flooded.After the water were drained out with forced water drainage measures,two water collection tanks were applied to cover the water inrush points and two water pipelines on the water collection tanks were applied to convey water out and then take water far away.Then a H type steel bridge was set up at the water inrush point,a concrete grouting plug wall was made on the bridge and the two water collection tanks were buried in the concrete grouting plug wall.Finally a double grout injection was applied to the sealing and the sealing operation was a full success.
