摘要
红庆河煤矿主井掘砌施工中,成功应用智能局部通风系统来管理井筒通风工作。系统利用DSP控制器,结合模糊算法,可精准、实时、自动控制局部通风机运行频率,实现安全、高效、经济运行,节能降噪,在很大程度上解决了当前矿井通风中存在的"一风吹""噪音高"等难题,实际应用效果显著。
In the excavation and lining operation of a main shaft in Hongqinghe Coal Mine,a intelligent local ventilation system was successfully applied to manage the ventilation work of the mine shaft.With a DSP controller and in combination with a fuzzy algorithm,the system could accurately,real timely and automatically control the operation frequency of the local ventilator and could realize a safety,high efficient and economic operation.With a energy saving and noise reduction,the system could solve the"one air blowing","high noise"and other difficulties existed in the present mine ventilation.The actual application effect of the system was obvious.
