摘要
热挤压方式生产Mn17-Al3小规格高锰钢,由于变形温度偏高,存在材料抗拉强度偏低的情况,文中探讨了几种提高抗拉强度的途径,确定了通过提高挤压单位压力,降低挤压温度的方法,使材料抗拉强度提高的有效途径。
Because the deformation temperature is high, the small sized Mn17-A13 steel with high manganese content producedby hot extruding has lower tensile strength due to higher deformation temperature. By the means of increasing the pressure of extrudingmachine and decreasing the extruding temperature, the tensile strength was effectively improved.
