锻造工艺对GH2909合金大规格棒材组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对GH2909合金φ508mm真空电弧重熔锭采用不同的锻造工艺,经材上取样观察显微组织,检测室温、高温性能,棒材车光后超声波探伤检测,分析得出:4500吨快锻压机整支拔长+两端打钳口+中切分段+采用漏盘分别两镦两拔+1800吨一火精锻机成材,可使GH2909合金大规格棒材组织均匀细小;进而获得满足标准指标要求的良好的综合性能。 φ508mm vacuum arc remelting ingot of GH2909 alloy was forged by various forging processes.Taking samples from the ingot and observing the microstructures, testing the room temperature and high temperatureproperties, and conducting ultrasonic inspection on the turned bar, the conclusion was reached by the analysis thatuniform and fine structures in GH2909 alloy can be obtained through the process of drawing of whole piece of ingot by4500 ton quick forging press + making jaws on the both ends + cutting segment in the middle + two upsetting and twodrawing respectively by using holed disc + forging the finished product on 1800 ton precision forging press, so theexcellent comprehensive properties satisfying the requirements of the corresponding standards can be obtained.
