摘要 为了制备竹炭陶土材料,并分析其抗折强度、含水率以及收缩性,以竹炭粉、陶土为主要原料,经混合、成型、干燥和烧成等工艺制得竹炭陶土材料。通过添加Si C、耐火纤维,并不断的调整添加物质的成分和比例,以获得强度较高、吸水较低的竹炭陶瓷。并得出结论:膨润土能够显著提高竹炭陶瓷原料的塑性,且当原料中竹炭含量与无机粘结剂的比例为2∶5,耐火纤维的添加量为5%,竹炭的含量为5%时,竹炭陶瓷的吸水率在5%以下,抗折强度达到30 MPa以上。 The aim of this study is to prepare the bamboo charcoal clay material,and analyze its flexural strength,water content,and shrinkage. Using the bamboo charcoal powder and pottery clay as main raw material,the bamboo charcoal clay material was prepared through a series of techniques including mixing,molding,drying and calcinations. The bamboo charcoal ceramics with a higher strength and lower water absorption was obtained by adding Si C and refractory fiber,and continuously adjusting the composition and proportion of these added substance. The results showed that the bentonite can significantly improve the plasticity of the raw materials of bamboo charcoal ceramic. The water absorption of the bamboo charcoal ceramic reached below 5% and its flexural strength was more than 30 Mpa,under the condition that the proportion of bamboo charcoal and inorganic binder was 2: 7,added both refractory fiber and bamboo charcoal amounted to 5%.
