茶秆竹叶挥发油成分分析

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏和GC-MS联用技术,对茶秆竹(Pseudosasa amabilis)叶挥发性成分进行提取、分离和鉴定,鉴定了98种成分,含量最高的为反-2-己烯醛,占19.88%,其次为二氢苯并呋喃,占8.80%,9,10-十八碳二烯酸占4.44%。在98种成分中,烯类占总量的35.41%,酸类占16.92%,醇类占12.22%,呋喃类占9.13%,苯类占5.88%,醛类占5.69%,酮类占3.7%,烷烃类占3.29%,酯类占3.12%。 Using the methods of hydrodistillation and GC-MS,the volatile oil was extracted from Pseudosasa amabilis leave. It was separated and 98 components were identified. The most abundant component was trans-2-Hexenal,accounting for 19. 88%. Dihydrobenzofuran and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid( Z,Z) accounted for 8. 80% and 4. 44% respectively. In addition,alkenes,acids, alcohols, furans, benzene, aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons and esters accounted for 35. 41%,16. 92%,12. 22%,9. 13%,5. 69%,3. 7%,3. 29%,5. 88% and3. 12% respectively.
