摘要
随着大数据分析技术的发展,在电信运营商的营销支撑中大数据的挖掘分析变得举足轻重。结合广西移动小V网业务的发展,提出了引入基于大数据的小V网业务精准营销平台的网络架构和基于聚类分析方法的用户行为分析模型构建的思路和方法。
With the development of big data analysis technology, it becomes more and more important to analyse the role of telecom operators when doing marketing support in a deep-going way. This thesis will put forward a concept in network infrastructure, which is based on the precision marketing platform of VPMN (Virtual Private Mobile Network) according to big data, and a thought and method structured by user behavior analysis model which is on the basis of cluster analysis algorithm.
