石油输送钢管用热轧板卷头尾力学性能分析

摘要 通过对武钢X70M11.7×1300mm板卷生产的钢管对应板头、板尾位置取样,对不同长度位置的力学性能试验及金相分析,认为由于控轧控冷工艺(TMCP)的工艺特点,板卷头、尾与中部力学性能存在差异,为保证板卷制管后管体力学性能,制管时需对板卷头尾进行取样分析,以确定最佳的切头、切尾量。保证钢管符合性。 Through the sampling of steel pipe which products by WISCO X70M11.7 × 1 300mm plate head and tail, the mechanical properties test and metallographic analysis of different length, the results shows that plate roll head, tail and central mechanics performance has differences, because of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology (TMCP) process characteristics. In order to ensure the pipe body mechanical properties, by roll plate head and tail sampling analysis, the best cut volume of cutting head and tail was determined, to guaranteeing pipe quality performance.
