摘要
从成分、显微组织方面对昆铜Q235B厚规格热轧钢板冲击功低的原因进行了分析,结果表明,组织中存在高级别的A类游离渗碳体是导致钢板冲击功不合格的主要原因。通过降低终轧温度和卷取温度,可有效改善钢板组织游离渗碳体状况,提高冲击功合格率。
The reasons of Kungang Q235B thick hot rolling steel plate Akv low were analyzed from component and microstructure, the results show that, the high-level free cementite existing in microstructure is the main cause of plate Akv unqualified. By lowering the finish rolling temperature and coiling temperature, the microstructure of free cementite status were improved effectively, and to improve the qualified rate of the impact power.
