红钢炼铁工序近年生产技术进步综述

摘要 对红钢炼铁工序近年在资源本地化应用过程中的生产技术进步实践进行总结。通过优化完善系统工艺流程,发挥自身技术装备特点,提升原燃料理化冶金性能及稳定性、设备作业率、生产组织效率及操作技术水平,逐步形成低品位矿石冶炼下的一系列技术措施。近年生产实践表明,在入炉品位下降4.0%~5.0%条件下,依靠综合生产技术进步,不但实现了高炉长周期稳定顺行,主要技术指标稳定,也实现了本地资源合理化应用。 Iron-making production and technological progress in the process of resources localization application practice in recent years of honggang were summarized. By perfecting its process system, developing own technology and equipment characteristics, improving the original fuel physical and metallurgical properties and stability, equipment operation efficiency, production of organizational efficiency and operation technology, a series of technical measures low grade ore smelting formed gradually. Production practice in resent years shows, under thc condition of grade 4.0% -~5.0% drop, depending on the comprehensive production technology progress, the BF has realized stable production for a long period, the main indicators stability, also has realized the local resources rationalization application.
