长距离、高扬程固体物料输送管道压力分段控制系统设计

摘要 针对由于运输管线长、多个大U型起伏、高扬程、输送压力大等原因而导致大红山铁精矿运输管道在运行过程中易发生多级泵站切换停车故障、管道磨损严重等问题,提出了一种压力分段控制技术方案,即采用消能板实现多级泵站无扰动切换技术,实际应用有效。 In view of problems of switch-stopping of multi-stage pump stations and serious wear and tear of pipeline in running of transportation pipeline of Dahongshan iron concentrate caused by long transportation pipeline, multiple large U-ups and downs, high-lift, large transportation pressure, technology scheme of pressure segment control was put forward, namely using energy consumption plate to realize undisturbed switching-over of multi-stage pump stations, practical application was effective.
