大连市高校辅导员工作满意度调查研究

College counselors work satisfaction survey research in Dalian

笔者在大连5所高校抽取120名专职辅导员作为研究对象,对其进行一对一问卷调查。结果显示:大连市辅导员的整体满意度不高,其结果受年龄、工作时间、待遇等多种因素影响。

The author col ected from 120 ful-time counselors from 5 Colleges in Dalian as the research object, on the one to one survey. The result shows：the overal satisfaction of counselors in Dalian is not high, the result affected by many factors such as age, work time, treatment effect.
