摘要
高校的内涵式发展以培养高质量的人才为支撑,而高校教学管理水平的高低在很大程度上决定了其人才培养质量的高低。内涵式发展视阈下,高校教学管理普遍存在弹性和选择性不足,行政干预过多等方面的问题。因而,提升教学管理的自主性、民主性和服务性乃是高校改善教学管理,提高人才培养质量的必然选择。
Training high quality talents is the connotative development support. The level of teaching management in Colleges and universities in which largely determines the quality of personnel training. Perspective of connotative development, teaching management in Colleges and universities are widespread elasticity and selectivity is insufficient, excessive administrative intervention, etc. Therefore, enhance the management of teaching autonomy, democracy, and service is to improve the teaching management, the inevitable choice to improve the quality of personnel training.
