摘要 为了分析双面研磨机齿轮传动系统的稳定性,该文基于UG建立齿轮传动系统的三维造型,在ADAMS中进行仿真分析。仿真结果与理论值对比表明:传动轴角速度误差为3.79%,上端齿轮切向力、径向力误差分别为1.6%、0.62%,中间齿轮切向力、径向力误差分别为0.62%、0.79%,输出链轮角速度误差为3.33%。误差均在允许范围5%以内,验证了双面研磨机齿轮传动系统稳定性良好。 In order to analyze the stability of gear transmission in the double-sided grinding machine, we have established a modeling of the gear transmission based on UG and performed a simulation analysis in ADMS.Then the simulation results displayed:the angular ve-locity error of transmission shaft was 3.79%;the tangential force and radial force error of top gear were 1.6%and 0.62%respectively;the tangential force and radial force error of intermediate gear were 0.62%and0 .79%respectively;the angular velocity error of output chain wheel was 3.33%.Errors were in the range of 5%allowed by the specification, which proved the correctness of gear transmission in the double-sided grinding machine.
