湖南省益阳市农村土地信托流转资源配置效应分析

Resource Allocation Effect Analysis of Rural Land Trust Transfer in Yiyang City, Hunan Province

农用地流转是实现农业适度规模经营的重要途径。目前在国内还未形成一个可以在全国范围内大面积推广的土地流转模式。通过对湖南省益阳市土地信托流转的资源配置效应进行分析,对这种流转模式进行思考,提出优化调控这种土地流转模式的对策建议,为完善其他土地流转模式提供参考。

Agricultural land transfer is an important way to realize proper agricultural scale operation. At present, noland transfer model which can be popularized nationwide has been established in China. Through analysis of the resourceallocation effect of the land trust transfer in Yiyang city of Hunan Province, this paper rethinks the transfer model, andproposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing and regulating the land transfer model in order to providereference for the improvement of other land transfer models
