摘要
飞机燃油输油顺序精确控制,是保证飞机重心始终位于设计规定范围内的重要保证。飞机机动飞行改变了油箱内燃油油面与飞机机体的一致性,产生油面角,会出现信号器发出错误控制信号的问题,导致燃油输油控制发生紊乱。本文通过油箱内燃油油面角的计算,模拟机动飞行状态,优化了某型飞机后机身油箱信号器安装位置及数量,精确分阶段控制后机身油箱输油顺序,防止飞机重心超出设计规定范围。
In order to make the center of gravity of airplane inside design region, precise controlling of fuel transfer sequence is necessary for aircraft engineering. However, during maneuvering flight, relative position between oil level and fuselage are variable. Due to the existence of fuel pose, oil level sensors will send error signals then fuel transfer will be disturbed. By calculation of tank fuel pose and simulation of maneuvering flight condition, the mounting position and quantity of oil level sensor in real fuel tank are optimized in this paper. Using this method, precise controlling of fuel transfer sequence is performed, thus ensure the center of gravity of airplane inside the design region.
