摘要
从建设单位的角度针对建设工程施工阶段承包人向发包人索赔事件进行分类,从主观人为和客观存在两方面分析原因,找出可以防范的索赔事件,有针对性地制定防范措施,避免或减少施工索赔事件的发生,以达到有效控制工程造价的目的。
From the perspective of the construction organization,this article aimed to classify the claims events launched by contractors to employers in the construction phase of the projects. The origin of the reason from both objective factors and artificial subjective factors to find out the claims events which could be preventable is analyzed,then targeted precaution measures to avoid or reduce the occurrence of construction claims are develop in order to effectively control of the project cost.
