摘要
文章探讨了出现危机事件时,企业如何利用微博信息平台,进行危机公关。通过分析利用微博平台处理危机事件的典型案例,提出树立公关思维、掌握微博基本运营、重塑企业形象等企业运用微博进行危机公关的有效途径。
In this paper, it's discussed that how the enterprises conduct crisis public relations management by the information platform of microblogs when the crisis event happens. Through analysis of typical eases of crisis event by the information platform of microblogs, effective ways are put forward to use microblags in the crisis public relations such as setting up public relations thinking, grasping basic operations of microblogs and reshaping corporate image.
