摘要
认知电子战是未来电子战的一个重要发展方向。基于"OODA环"理论,分析了认知无线电、认知雷达和以及典型认知电子战项目的认知原理,并对比赛博战的概念、特征和赛博作战认知过程,分析了认知电子战与赛博战之间的使能关系,探索认知电子战与赛博战的认知内涵。
Cognitive electronic warfare is the important development orientation of the future electronic warfare. Based on ＂OODA loop＂theory,the cognitive principle of the cognitive radio、cognitive radar、and the typical cognitive electronic items are analyzed,in comparison with the concept and characteristics of cyberspace operation and its cognitive process. The analysis of the enable relation between the cognitive electronic warfare and the cyberspace operation is made,and their cognitive connotation is discussed.
