摘要
主轴在高速运转过程中受到扭转、振动等外力反复作用时会产生疲劳,因此轴的断裂形式主要为金属疲劳断裂,通过对断裂主轴检验分析,找出其断裂原因,并提出改进措施。
The repeated action of external forces such as torsion and vibration will lead to spindle fatigue during high-speed rotation. Therefore, the fracture form of the spindle is mainly the metal fatigue fracture. Through the examination and analysis of the broken spindle, the fracture reasons were found out. Improvemenl measures were put forward as well.
