介绍了湘钢炼钢厂XY1215易切削钢的生产控制工艺。通过合理控制转炉炉渣碱度和冶炼终点碳含量、选择合适的LF精炼渣系并合理控制钢中氧含量,以及采用合适的连铸二次冷却模式和冷却强度,生产出表面和内部质量稳定的XY1215易切削钢连铸坯。
An introduction was made to the control of steelmaking process for XY1215 easy-cutting steel in the steelmaking plant of XISC. Through rationally controlling slag basicity and terminal carbon content in the converter, using appropriate LF refining slag, reasonably controlling oxygen content in steel and adopting suitable secondary cooling mode and cooling intensity in continuous casting, XY1215 free-cutting steel billets with stable surface and internal quality have been gotten.
