社区老年糖尿病患者应用综合治疗法治疗的临床效果研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Therapy for Patients with Diabetes in Community Elderly Law Application

目的：对社区老年糖尿病患者应用综合治疗法治疗的临床效果研究，为综合治疗法的应用价值提供科学依据。方法对我院2009年3月～2014年3月社区门诊600例社区老年糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析，随机将患者均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者接受常规治疗，对观察组患者使用综合治疗法进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后15 d、30 d、45 d的尿糖情况，分析两组患者治疗效果。结果相较于对照组，观察组血糖控制情况明显更佳，对照组与观察组患者治疗总有效率分别为71.0%和88.3%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合治疗法治疗社区老年糖尿病疗效显著，相较于常规治疗更有利于改善病情，适合于临床推广应用。

Objective To application of community elderly diabetes treatment the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy study, which wil provide a scientific basis for the application value of comprehensive therapy.Methods In our hospital in March 2009～March 2014 community clinics, 600 cases of elderly diabetes patients were retrospectively analyzed, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group patients received conventional therapy, the observation group patients treated with comprehensive therapy. Compared two groups of patients after treatment of 45 d 15 d, 30 d, glycosuria, analysis of the effect of two groups of patients.ResultsCompared with control group and observation group is obviously better blood sugar control, and total effective rate of control group and observation group patients were 71.0% and 88.3% respectively, comparing differences between groups was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy treatment curative effect is distinct, the community elderly diabetes compared with the conventional treatment is more advantageous to improve the condition, suitable for clinical application.
