Analysis of the Characteristics of Clinical Anesthesia in Elderly Patients

目的研究分析老年患者临床麻醉特点,为临床麻醉治疗提供参考。方法根据我院2013年接收的100例老年患者来进行研究分析,对这些患者的临床麻醉资料进行分析。结果此次我院共选取了100例高龄患者来进行研究分析,为患者提供麻醉治疗,这些患者的麻醉均科学、合理,麻醉后的生命体征稳定,无不良反应病例出血,均顺利完成手术。结论老年患者因为其机能衰退,身体复杂性比较高,手术使用的麻醉会造成其生命安全的威胁,所以麻醉医生需要对老年患者的麻醉引起重视,对其生命体征进行观察,选择科学合理的麻醉方式和剂量,提升麻醉效果,避免麻醉并发症的产生。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with anesthesia, and provide reference for the treatment of clinical anesthesia.Methods According to the 100 cases of elderly patients in our hospital in 2013 received to carry on the research analysis, these patients for clinical anesthesia data analysis.ResultsIn our hospital,100 cases of elderly patients were selected to carry on the research analysis, providing anesthesia treatment to the patient, anesthesia in these patients are scientific, reasonable, after anesthesia stable vital signs, no adverse reaction cases of bleeding, can successfuly complete the operation.Conclusion elderly patients because of its function decline, the body relatively high complexity, the use of anesthesia operation wil cause the life security threats, so the anesthesiologist need attention to anesthesia in elderly patients, the vital signs were observed, the choice of anesthetic type and dose of scientific and reasonable, enhance the anesthetic effect, avoid the complications of anesthesia.
