Emergency Problems in the Process of Transfusion Nursing and Prevention Strategy Study

目的分析急诊输液护理过程中的常见问题与防范策略。方法收集我院的急诊输液患者作为研究对象,征集患者的意见,总结急诊护理过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的防范策略。结果研究结果显示,急诊输液护理过程中的问题主要是护理人员的专业技术水平、责任意识、患者病情原因及其心理因素,通过采取有效的防范措施后,以上问题得到明显改善,患者对护理的满意度明显提高。结论急诊输液护理过程中会因为多种原因引发护理纠纷,积极采取有效的防范措施可明显减少医疗纠纷事件。

Objective To analysis the common problems in the process of emergency transfusion nursing and prevention strategies.Methods To colect our emergency transfusion patients as the research object, the views of patients, summarizes the problems existing in the process of emergency nursing, and puts forward corresponding preventive strategy.Results The results showed that the emergency problem is mainly in the process of transfusion nursing staff of professional and technical level, responsibility consciousness, causes and symptoms in patients psychological factors, by taking effective measures to prevent the above issues are obviously improved after, obviously improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing. Conclusion Emergency wil be for a variety of reasons in the process of transfusion nursing care disputes, actively take effective preventive measures can obviously reduce medical disputes.
