摘要
目的探讨药物对常用临床检验指标的干扰因素,为临床指标的完善提供依据。方法整理收集2013年3月至2014年3月我院的临床检验资料,并对所有资料进行分析和整理。结果经研究分析得出,药物对常用临床检验指标有一定的干扰,主要的干扰因素有药物的种类和药物的使用剂量,且二者与干扰程度正相关。结论在临床上,部分药物对检验指标存在一定的影响,应该在药物的使用过程中关注这一情况,进一步规范药物的使用,在临床诊断中,要充分考虑药物对临床检验指标的干扰,并将干扰因素弄清楚,以减少诊断误差,提高临床治疗的安全性。
ObjectiveTo study the interference of drugs on common clinical test factors, provide a basis for improving clinical index.Methods Clinical laboratory data collecting in 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital, and all the data analysis and sorting.ResultsAfter analysis, drug have certain interference to the commonly used clinical test, interference factors are mainly use dose types and drugs, and the two is positively associated with interference.Conclusion In clinic, some drugs have a certain influence on the index of inspection, should pay attention to this in the use of drugs, to further standardize the use of the drug, we should fully consider the interference of drugs on clinical test, in order to reduce the error of diagnosis, improve safety clinical treatment.
