细胞形态学检验技术工作者与临床沟通的重要性

目的探究在临床检验中,技术工作者采用细胞形态学的检验方法对患者的病情分析诊断的价值,以及在检验过程中与临床沟通的重要性。方法随机在我院自2012年2月至2014年3月收治的血液细胞形态异常患者中抽取3例,检验人员使用EDTA-K2抗凝血涂片,通过已有丰富临床经验和细胞学形态知识的检验人员观察,得到相应的检验结果。结果检验人员对所采集到的血样进行细胞形态学检查后,所得到的结果均有助于患者的病情得到确诊并找到合适的治疗方案。结论采用细胞形态学检验技术可以对血液疾病予以有效的检测,同时与大量的临床表现相结合,最终得到明确的诊断,在这个过程中,不仅需要工作者有着丰富的工作经验以及过硬的技术知识,还应该与临床加强沟通,避免误诊、漏诊的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical inspection, technical workers with cell morphology test method for analyzing the value of diagnosis of the patient, and in the process of inspection and the importance of clinical communication.MethodsRandom in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2012 were 50 cases of blood cell morphological abnormalities in patients with extraction inspection personnel using EDTA - K2 anticoagulant blood smear, through has rich clinical experience and knowledge of cytology morphology inspection personnel to observe, to get the corresponding test results.Results The blood samples collected inspection personnel to the cell morphological examination, the results are all help to diagnose disease in finding the right treatment.Conclusion The cell morphology test technology can be effective detection of blood disease, at the same time combined with a large number of clinical manifestation, ultimately had a clear diagnosis, in the process, not only need workers with rich experience and excellent technical knowledge, should also be with clinical strengthen communication,to avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
