产前检查免疫检验项目应用的临床意义

目的探讨分析产前检查免疫检验项目应用的临床意义。方法选取我院进行产前检查的孕妇110例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组及研究组,对照组仅接受常规的产前检查,研究组在对照组的基础上还接受免疫检验。结果两组孕妇都发生高危妊娠情况,研究组高危妊娠的发生率相对较低,对照组高危妊娠发生率相对较高,两组相较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在产前检查中,对免疫检验项目给予充分应用有利于高危妊娠症状的及时纠正,提高孕产妇的生育质量,在产前检查中具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the clinical significance of the analysis of antenatal examination application inspection items.MethodsSelect our hospital antenatal examination of pregnant women, 110 cases as the research object, it can be divided into control group and research group, control group only accepted conventional antenatal examination, if the team on the basis of the control group also accept immunity test.Results Two groups of pregnant women were high-risk pregnancy happens, the team of high-risk pregnancy rates are relatively low, the control group a relatively high incidence of high-risk pregnancy, two groups have significant difference compared with （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the antenatal examination, the immune inspection items give full application of high-risk pregnancy symptoms timely correcting, improve the quality of maternal family, has important clinical significance in the antenatal examination.
