中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面及临床意义

目的探究中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面及临床意义。方法归纳总结我院自2012年2月至2013年2月期间进行的中孕期胎儿系统超声检查的临床资料,通过各种畸形在超声检查中切面的不同表现,对中孕期胎儿超声检查切面进行详细研究,规范系统超声检查标准切面。结果对中孕期胎儿超声检查切面进行详细研究后发现,有32个胎儿切面具有重要的临床意义,大部分胎儿畸形都可以通过系统超声检查切面诊断出来,显著提高了胎儿畸形产前检出率。结论对中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面进行规范化处理,可以有效减少中孕期胎儿超声检查的漏诊和误诊率,具有极其重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the pregnancy ultrasound fetal system aspect and its clinical significance.Methods Sum up our hospital from February 2012 to February 2012 during the pregnancy ultrasound fetal system in clinical data, through a variety of abnormalities in different areas of performance of ultrasound, the detailed study on the prenatal fetal ultrasound in the tangent plane, ultrasound examination standard specification system aspect. ResultsThe pregnancy fetal ultrasound section found after a detailed study, 32 fetal aspect has important clinical significance, and most of the fetal abnormalities can ultrasound diagnosed cut through the system, significantly improve the fetal malformation prenatal detection rate. Conclusion The pregnancy ultrasound fetal system section in the standardized treatment, can effectively reduce the pregnancy fetal ultrasound diagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate, has extremely important clinical significance.
