动态脑电图在儿童癫痫诊断中的意义

Significance of Ambulatory EEG in Diagnosis of Epilepsy in Children

目的研究动态脑电图(AEEG)对儿童癫痫的诊断意义。方法应用奥地利EMS16道脑电记录仪对60例儿童癫痫患者进行动脉脑电图监测。结果经动态脑电图检查有痫样放电50例(83.33%),有临床发作的患者39例(78%),其中出现痫样放电的32例(60.0%),3例(5.0%)发作期没有痫样放电,发作间期脑电图结果显示痫样放电,3例(5%)无论发作期还是发作间期,均没有痫样放电;没有监测到临床发作的患者21例(35.0%),其中,有痫样放电者13例(21.67%),无痫样放电者8例(13.33%)。结论动态脑电图对诊断儿童癫痫有重要价值。

Objective To study the diagnostic significance of ambulatory EEG （AEEG） in children with epilepsy.Methods the application of Austria EMS16 channel EEG recorder for arterial EEG monitoring in 60 children with epilepsy.ResultsThe dynamic EEG has epileptiform discharges in 50 cases （83.33%）, 39 cases of clinical episodes （78%）, which appeared in 32 cases of epileptiform discharges （60%）, 3 cases （5%） episode no epileptiform discharges, interictal EEG showed epileptiform discharges, 3 cases （5%） both ictal or interictal epileptiform discharges, no; no monitoring to 21 cases of clinical episodes （35%）, among them, 13 patients had epileptiform discharges were （21.67%）, 8 cases of non epileptic （13.33%）.Conclusion Dynamic EEG has an important value in the diagnosis of epilepsy in children.
