中医治疗单纯胫骨平台骨折临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fracture of Pure Chinese Medicine

目的：分析并探讨中医治疗单纯胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院在2012年1月～2014年1月收治的40例单纯胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。采用中医综合治疗的方式对这些患者进行治疗。其中包括服用中药治疗、功能恢复锻炼、皮牵引、夹板固定以及中医手法复位等。结果采用中医对单纯胫骨平台骨折进行治疗具有100%的有效率，而且在治疗的过程中没有出现肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论采用中医的疗法对单纯胫骨平台骨折进行治疗具有显著的疗效以及简单的操作，值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To analyse and evaluate clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of simple fractures of tibial plateau.Methodsin our hospital in 2012 January～2014 January treated 40 cases of pure tibial plateau fracture patients as research object, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Using the comprehensive treatment of TCM for the treatment of the way for these patients. Including Chinese medicine treatment, recovery of function, exercise, skin traction splint fixation and manual reduction of TCM etc.Results using the traditional Chinese medicine on pure tibial plateau fractures were treated with 100% efficiency, and no abnormal liver and kidney function and other adverse reactions in the treatment process. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine therapy on pure tibial plateau fractures were treated with remarkable curative effect and simple operation using the conclusion, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
