中医针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的疗效观察

Observe the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical Small Joint Displacement.

目的研究分析颈椎小关节错缝采取中医针灸治疗的效果。方法根据我院2012至2013年的60例颈椎小关节错缝患者来进行研究分析,对其采取了分组,使用不同的治疗方法,对照组有30例患者,接受常规西医手术治疗,针灸组有30例患者,接受针灸治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经过治疗后,针灸组患者的治愈率是70%,有效率是96%,手术组患者的治愈率是63.3%,有效率是86.7%,两组结果存在差异性。结论颈椎小关节错缝采取中医针灸治疗的治愈率比西医手术治疗要高,患者的有效率也较高,因此在临床中比较推介患者接受中医针灸治疗。

Objective To study the analysis of cervical facet joints wrong to take Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment effect.
